Get ready to dazzle your guests for the holidays by learning how to make a variety of hors d’oeuvres that balance ease of service with impressive flair. The first class will focus on savory appetizers, such as delicious and creative antipasto platters. The second class will focus on sweet appetizers, like miniature pecan tarts. You will learn inventive ideas and techniques that are also manageable. “It’s all about simplicity made pretty,” says instructor Judith McQueen, who has operated a Wood River Valley catering company for 10 years and who previously catered in Los Angeles for the likes of Universal Studios.
